Learning for your role
The specific learning needed to do your role well is set out below. It is expected that you would complete the mandatory learning as soon as possible, and the required learning during the first 6 months of practice. Some of the desirable learning may not immediately appear directly relevant to your role, but it will help to develop your skills and further your knowledge of the wider criminal justice system. Depending on the nature of your role, you may also find it helpful to complete some of the learning for PSOs who work in courts.
