‘Gateway to practice’
PSOs work in a range of roles within the organisation and the ‘gateway to practice’ is generic learning to give you a good foundation for working as a PSO in any role.
Learning for your role
You then need to complement this with the specific learning needed to do your role well which is set out below. It is expected that you would complete this learning during the first 6 months of practice.
