I will have the opportunity to use the Blended Supervision framework, using my professional judgement to facilitate better engagement and compliance by enabling greater flexibility. I will need to know the expectations of blended supervision, as this changed when my region moved out of the Exceptional Delivery Model in September 2021. I will assess and agree the most appropriate combination of appointments to suit my diverse caseload and facilitate engagement and record this in the initial sentence plan, ensuring my PoP is clear of the arrangements and I will ensure that I am familiar with the good practice delivery guide which is available on EQuiP.
