I have already undertaken the CRS training, however as this was some time ago, I would benefit from looking at the revised leaning materials for CRS referrals. I will need to access the full learning content, which will give me a broad understanding of what services are available (I should receive more detail on specific services via my region)​, how the experience differs when referring individuals (e.g. assessment of risk, need and complexity) and how to use the digital system. I can also access helpful insights and advice from key individuals involved in the Rehabilitative Services, e.g. Contract Managers and Service Providers​. Reviewing the revised materials will support me in working in partnership with service providers to get the best outcomes for my PoPs and tell me where I can find ongoing support and within each region.  If I haven’t already completed my mandatory CRS and Refer and Monitor RAM training, I will need to complete this in January.
