My region will be expected to meet the new UPW delivery targets which means we will be delivering an agreed % of our total UPW hours completed by the end of each quarter. I will ensure that all my PoPs have up to date assessments so that they can be placed on suitable projects as soon as possible following their induction. As part of their induction, I will ensure that my PoP understands the expectations of their requirement to ensure compliance, and I will work with my PoP throughout their UPW to motivate them to comply and attend.
