Blended Supervision
Blended supervision is a framework that supports professional judgement. It facilitates better engagement and compliance by enabling greater flexibility. I need to know the expectations of blended supervision as this changed when my region moved out of the Exceptional Delivery Model in September 2021. I will need to ensure that my officers are aware of the parameters of blended supervision and familiar with the good practice delivery guide which is available on EQuiP.
