Revised L&D materials for referral to CRS

My team and I would have already undertaken the CRS training, however as this was some time ago, we would benefit from looking at the revised learning materials for CRS referrals. My staff members will need to access the full learning content, which will give them a broad understanding of what services are available (I should receive more detail on specific services via my region)​, how the experience differs when referring individuals (e.g. assessment of risk, need and complexity) and how to use the digital system. I can also access advice from Individuals involved in the Rehabilitative Services, e.g., Contract Managers and Service Providers​. Reviewing the revised materials will support my team in working in partnership with service providers to get the best outcomes for PoPs.  If members of staff haven’t already completed their mandatory CRS and Refer and Monitor (RAM) training, I will need to ensure they have completed it before the end of January.
