In January 2022 I can expect my region to move to full National Standards. There will be regional variations on achieving the standards and I will communicate our regional plan to my team, following discussions with my line manager and P&Q department. As a change leader I am uniquely placed to lead my team and work collaboratively with my colleagues across my region to bring us together to start to create a one probation service culture.
