If I manage staff holding resettlement cases, I need to be aware of the expectations of the POM and COM handover as well as expectations of the COM in relation to their responsibility for referring to Commissioned Rehabilitative Services and working with Pre-Release teams in prison to support access to Prison based services.  I will be briefed locally in November 2021 to December 2021 and will ensure that my officers are aware of the National Standards around contact levels with People in Prisons (PiPs).
