Increasing resource to support delivery of UPW

I will have been involved in the interviewing process for the recruitment of UPW staff and will play an active role in onboarding new team members.  If the recruitment process hasn’t been fulfilled within my region, I will likely be involved in a further rounds of recruitment.

A new induction pack will be available to me by the end of June, which will contain materials for training and onboarding new staff, with Core Skills being added in January 2023. In the meantime, I can utilise legacy CRC Risk Awareness training materials. Over the coming months as we introduce new employees, I may be required to induct staff that I wouldn’t normally line manage. This will support my region in increasing our resource and provides resilience within the team.
