A new Young Adults Policy Framework

The new Young Adults Policy Framework outlines how  we support young adults transitioning between youth offending and adult probation services. The Policy Framework looks at supporting the Youth to Adult transition process, how to asses and respond to maturity levels at critical points of contact and recognise and consider the impact of intersectionality on engagement. Familiarising myself with this Policy Framework will help my team and I to improve how we work with young adults and inform project delivery to better suit the need of our young adults on probation.
