SEEDS stands for Skills for Effective Engagement, Development and Supervision and is the approach to be adopted throughout Probation Service to support our development as a learning organisation.

Aimed at Senior Probation Officers (SPOs) and those in other supervisory roles, SEEDS2 for Managers provides the opportunity to reflect and consider the ways in which you can apply person-centred, relational approaches throughout supervision and everyday interactions with staff.

When should I book on?

A number of staff from across the organisation are involved in the evaluation of this learning product to understand its impact on organisational performance.  Staff are being asked to book onto learning at different times.  Before you book yourself onto the course please review the ‘evaluation page‘ for more details about including when to book on to an event.
