My team may already be using the Prepare a Case for Sentence Tool if I am in an early adopter region of Greater Manchester, Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) and the North East. If this is not in my region yet, it will be rolled out in my region as part of a national rollout timetable from May 2022. This system will draw data from both Libra and nDelius and will offer time saving benefits in terms of court preparation.

Providing this information in a more accessible and usable format, I will be able to provide better advice to the court with less effort and minimise avoidable adjournments.

To help my team become familiar with the system, I will be given access to learning products and ‘how to’ videos, which I will share with them.
