Probation Service Multi Year Pay Deal -additional staff sessions

Further to the successful Probation Service multi-year pay ballot, we are running two additional pay sessions for colleagues who may still have general questions about the pay award. There is no new information being presented -this is a recap of information provided during the ballot and all the supporting information about the pay deal remains on the intranet for you to use.  During these sessions, the Pay & Reward team will summarise the elements of the pay deal, what it means and what happens next.

The sessions will be run as MS TEAMS meetings and will include a Q&A section for you to ask questions.

There are two sessions – one for staff in Bands A to D (Oct 17^th) and one for staff in Bands 2-6 (Oct 19^th);
