There has been a big effort to try and identify as many of you individually as we could without your personal details being available to us in order to get IT equipment over to you. All the equipment you need to do your job will be provided to you at the latest on the day of transfer, but colleagues are working hard to make that available to you in advance. All known exceptions are being processed and kit will be delivered by end of the week of the 21st June.

Organisational structural information for the MOJ teams, HMPPS and NPS national teams is on the Welcome Hub. Regional structures will also be shared and these will come via your future region. This is being done locally as there are some variations in structure for differing regions.

Annual leave which has been authorised by the current employer prior to the transfer will be honoured by the Probation Service. Transferring staff should ensure they can evidence leave approved by the current employer (and their leave balance) upon transfer. This can be any means e.g. email confirmation, leave card but must in a format that will be accessible post transfer.
