My question or concern is…

Thank you for your patience whilst your colleagues continue to work through a large volume of vetting documents submitted. These are taking a little longer to process than originally expected.   If we need further information from you we will be in touch. Please be reassured that delays in the security vetting process do not affect your transfer.

Physical checks of ID documentation during the first 2 months after transfer will identify issues, but you can raise the issue with your line manager and the local Vetting Contact Point.
