My question or concern is…
I’m not clear on what my job role is.
In the first place, speak to your line manager to get clarity on your job role, they will be able to help or escalate within your region or future team.
If the query relates to the information on your transfer letter you can send your query to transferletterqueries@justice.gov.uk. All staff should have received a personal transfer letter. I have not received my transfer letter. What should I do?

My line manager is not transferring, and I have not been contacted about who I will be reporting to in the Probation Service. What should I do?
Please contact your region or team using the details on this page.
Note that for most people, their line manager will not change upon transfer.
NOTE: ACOs will be acting as interim managers for some staff
Which office location am I supposed to attend after transfer?
Most people are not changing office location and should continue to work as they do today. If you’re unsure, please speak to your line manager in the first instance. If necessary, your query can be escalated to your region or team.
I am unhappy with the role I have been placed into.
Please talk to your line manager and future team if you’re unhappy about your role alignment outcome. Issues or concerns can be escalated within your region.

I am a line manager and I am unable to provide advice to team members on specific issues. Where should I escalate queries to?
Initially, please refer to your line manager actions list to see if guidance is available. If the particular issue is not covered, then please contact your region or team.
