I’d like more information about…

Our technology user guide pages provide comprehensive instructions to support you with your new laptop, smartphone, tools, and how to request services and equipment via our Technology Portal.

The main rollout of laptops, smartphones and tools is complete.

Our Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) team is now working to ensure those colleagues who were unable to be included in the initial rollout are quickly provided with the equipment they need to succeed in the new Probation Service.

Your parent organisation was responsible for providing your requirements to our DDAT team. If you have not received new kit, we recommend speaking with your manager to check your parent organisation did this. If this has happened, and you have supplied your delivery address information, please be patient as the team is currently working through a large volume of cases.

If your parent organisation didn’t include you on an exception list, please speak with your manager and ask them to help rectify this as a matter of urgency. The DDAT team will then handle this request as soon as they can.

Check out what kit you can expect to receive.

Our telephony page provides a comprehensive range of user guides and videos to support you with Microsoft Teams telephony.

Visit our IT systems learning page for information about IT systems training, a range of FAQs, and the support available.

More information

More information about using these systems is available on the MOJ Technology Portal.

Here are instructions on how to access the MOJ Technology Portal.

Everyone who has received their MOJ technology will have had an email in their inbox detailing the URL for EQuiP, their username and how to obtain their password.
If you have missed that email and cant get to EQuiP or log in, then you can email the EQUIP mailbox equip.admin@justice.gov.uk.

In addition to checking the support information on the Welcome Hub and speaking with your line manager and colleagues, we recommend checking the MOJ Technology Portal for an answer to your question.

Here are instructions on how to access the Portal.

If you have done this and still require assistance:
