New Home Visits Policy Framework
My team will need to understand and implement a new Home Visits Framework from November 2021. I will ensure that they are aware of the expectations in relation to consideration, recording and completion of home visits. I will countersign home visit risk assessments via a new NSI on Delius and I will also ensure that my practitioners are aware that doorstep reporting has ceased. I will use reflective supervision to support practitioners with completing home visits and I will access management information to monitor and track completion.
