Community Payback – new induction materials for managers

Community Payback (CP) are in the process of recruiting circa 500 new staff across England and Wales, many of which will be new CP Supervisors, CP Placement Coordinators and CP Operations Managers. To help our new colleagues get off to the best start, the central Community Payback team have developed bespoke induction manuals for each of the roles for CP managers to use in welcoming new colleagues into the organisation.

The central team have also been working closely with Learning and Development colleagues to produce a table of learning requirements for each of these operational roles; the CP Role Packs can be found on the Probation Hub learning pages.

The Learning Grid  is a tool that holds all of the information on the learning requirements in one place. This may be a helpful tool for managers to schedule a new member of staffs’ training requirements alongside their induction.
