Refer and Monitor – Amend a referral

My team will soon be able to make significant changes to a referral without the need to cancel and resubmit, notably the ability to amend enforcement days and completion date.

The digital team are also about to begin some user research to help them determine which other details within a referral it would be most helpful to be able to amend so that they can prioritise these changes to help us avoid duplication and save my team time. The Refer and Monitor system will develop continually in response to both mine and the CRS provider’s needs, so my team will notice some intuitive and iterative changes to the system over the coming months.
