There will be a new digital UPW Assessment tool available for use from March 2022. My region will communicate with me when my team are expected to start using the tool and brief me in relation to the new tool. The tool will save my PP time and improve the consistency and accuracy of recorded information, improving the assessment of risk and need to help ensure the most suitable placement is secured.
