There will be an approved suite of structured interventions agreed in this period with a regional plan as to how and when these will be delivered. This will be communicated with me in advance, so I am aware of referral criteria and process, understand the content, and the role of PPs in my team in engaging and motivating PoPs.

By the end of 2022, referrals to Accredited programmes and Structured Interventions will be simplified by being added to the Refer and Monitor system. I will receive communication in relation to this when it is available.
